Initial Nutrition Consultation

Service Description

You will receive A complete nutrition and supplement plan for your individual body. The Blood work analysis is included, however there is an additional fee for us to order blood work through our office. We do not charge extra to review your blood test from another physician. The blood test should be dated with the last 4 months. Iridology is also included in this visit and Nutrition Follow-Up visits.
